Want to start your career in tech?

Let us know that you’re interested in our Software Tester Training and we will contact you when a course becomes available in your region!

Our Indigenous Software Tester Training course will give you the education and experience you need to become a full-time software tester with PLATO. Following five months of in-class training, successful graduates are guaranteed a well-paying job that includes paid vacation and full benefits.

How does it work? Fill out the form below and one of our PLATO team members will be in touch to chat with you about the program and help you determine if it’s the right fit. Once a course becomes available in your region, and if you seem to be a good fit for the program, you’ll be invited to visit our office and meet with our team.

Once accepted, you’ll go through five months of in-class training on the fundamentals of software testing, followed by a hands-on internship with PLATO on a client project that will put your new skills to work.

Brand new to software testing? That’s okay! Our course will teach you everything you need to know. And if you, like so many of us, spend a lot of your time on a smartphone, you will likely be more experienced than you’d think!

Hear from some of our students about their own PLATO Testing training experience.

“PLATO feels like another family now. We are not just coworkers, not just a team, we’re a family. We’ve learned, struggled, grown, and laughed together along the way.”

Leon Kyle, PLATO Sault Ste. Marie Graduate

“I have always had an interest in the IT field, and I just went for it. Right now I’m working on an app for credit unions, and I test the app to make sure that it functions properly.”
