Keith McIntosh, President and CEO of Professional Quality Assurance Ltd. (PQA), was recently named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEOs by Atlantic Business Magazine. The magazine has been publishing its Top 50 list since 1999 and it honors Atlantic Canada’s top business leaders.
